    Everything was there, product had an issue with power cord (likely why it was an open box deal) not sellers fault and manufacturer got me a new one asap. Great price and fast shipping, highly recommend this seller!

    DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! No quality, product with defect, no help and no return. They say it is like new, when I got it it shown falling damages and its appearence was not shown to me! The seller posted a Shark vacuum and mop as "being used once, excellent condition". Paid $670 a good money for it, and got a malfunctioning unit. It presented errors to attach (error 43, 47) the mop, and to remove it (error 33, 32). There are not nearly enough photos to show how deceived I was by this store!

    This used “open box” coffee maker came in operational and clean condition, well packed. The disposal compartment and the water reservoir even had a fresh washing solution. The seller was responsive communicating pre-sell, recommend.
