  sent the wrong size, what was shipped to me was for an ipad air 13. but communication with the seller was top notch and resolution was quick as can be. refunded promptly. the item that was sent to me was actually packaged well. secured and came like new. i cannot give a low review on the seller on how he was able to resolve the issue that we had. sellers like this one is to be kept selling.

  I've been on ebay for about 14 years and this is the best experience I've EVER HAD, I explained to him that I was leaving to go out of town and if he could ship the item immediately so I would receive the item withen 4 days he said yes he would ship it that day but couldn't guarantee I would receive it. He later sent me a message that he actually paid extra for a 2 day shipment WOW, that's a first!!! Coodo's to you, wow wow and wow, thanks you have definitely set the bar HIGH for the rest!!!
