  Excellent seller! The book has been immediately shipped and arrived very fast. It was in excellent condition, still in its protective plastic wrap, and very well packaged. I couldn’t find the tracking number and had to contact the seller. They replied promptly with all the necessary information. I highly recommend them.

  Ordered through eBay on Friday and arrived Mondays post, very well packed and secure. A good price, and extremely quick service allowing for the weekend period. Was bought for our daughter as a forthcoming Christmas gift, as her business is with 'dogs'. Know she will enjoy this, had seen a newspaper advertisement for this book a couple of weeks back and kept the 'clipping' to order accordingly. Very well pleased with the seller and service received, thank you.

  as described, fast delivery. Packaging inadequate for a heavy expensive boxset (thin cardboard sleeve with no bubblewrap or protective material) so the set arrived damaged. Customer service were quick to respond however, and sent a partial refund.
