  The shipping and handling time is slow for such a major vendor. The tracking for my item wasn't uploaded for 5 business days and was only completed after I messaged to inquire about the status of my order. Took another 2 business days of handling after that to be dropped at/picked up by the Post Office. Excellent item, poor shipping and handling time.

  Pretty good, but I didn't realize it was an open-box figure. It's alright because it came with all accessories and the box was in good condition, but still a little disappointing.

  Weeks in, never delivered, poor communication. But they had my money from day one. eBay having to issue refund. They still owe me interest in what ended up being a loan of money to Neca of over $100. I'm patient and reasonable...27%, take your time. Future shoppers to the Neca store, beware.
