Here at The Monster Merchants we specialise in the buying and selling of pre-owned wargaming miniatures, board games, role-play books, action figures and retro video games. We are based in the UK and ship orders worldwide 5 days a week Monday to Friday. We also have a retail store open 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Saturday. There was a factory misspack with the order, with a small part missing. Entirely no fault of the seller yet they immediately offered either a free return and refund or to keep it and take a partial refund. A claim wasn't possible, but Chris took care of a refund for me. I have purchased many items from this seller and everything has always gone so smoothly. It's nice when a seller takes care of their customers. I highly recommend this seller and will continue to business with them. I find their prices to be very reasonable and everything is always packed well and shows up as described.

Delivery time was terrible 7days with royal mail for 48 hrs delivery but that's not the sellers fault. Highly recommend would buy again!
