  Great communication, lovely rug, well made and great value for money. Packaged well and delivery guy carried the heavy rug into the exact room I wanted it. The colours of the rug were a bit different to the photo but in my case it worked out and I loved the colour. Also, don’t forget there might be extra customs duties to pay depending on where you are shipping it to. Highly recommend this company.

  I was worried about buying an expensive pattern from an unknown shop, but my new rug is absolutely glorious. It's well made, heavy, soft, exactly as pictured, arrived incredibly well packaged and unbelievably quickly, great comms from the seller when I had a couple of panics, and I can't recommend this shop highly enough. I got a huge kick watching the FedEx progress from Bhadohi, and I didn't have to pay extra duties when it got to the UK. Amazing 👍🏻

  Rug was just as pictured! The quality is lovely for the price. It was half the cost of a similar brand name rug. It was brand new as promised (made to order!). And it was beautiful. The rug arrived a bit later than expected, but it was coming from around the world, so no major issues. It was packaged well so arrived safe and sound.

  We are delighted with this beautiful rug, it is gorgeous, such great quality. The colour is true to the photo and is a lovely kind of moss green. It was very interesting tracking its journey all the way from Uttar Pradesh, which we didn't realise is known as rug town or city. I was worried about the packaging not holding up, but it was triple wrapped and sent via Fed Ex and arrived in perfect condition, other than a couple of rumples, which is to be expected. Well done and thank you!

  I absolutely love this rug! It looks just like the listed photos, feels very plush and upscale, and arrived in a timely manner. I didn’t realize the rug would be made to order, but the seller communicated that with me when I inquired, and then they even shipped it earlier than what was originally quoted. I’m thrilled with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend! 😊
