  It cannot go unmentioned that no photograph was shown of the item in the listing just a blank picture, other listings had photos. Despite asking twice for information and a picture of the item neither request was answered until after I had taken a risk by buying the item. Having said that, the item was posted very quickly and arrived early.The packaging was very good and given the item turned out to be new in sealed packaging made it excellent value for money. I would buy from the seller again.

  Good seller communication, very well packaged. Dispatched and delivered very quickly. Mostly as described (the doors don’t open, but the front wheels do steer and all are rollable). Absolutely beautiful model with excellent attention to detail, and even a nice box. Great price, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend this seller.

  Received safely in perfect brand-new condition as listed. Sensible pricing and extremely well packed with bubble-wrap, bubble pillows and card filling in outer quality box. Plentiful updates by e-mail as to shipping / delivery status... if only every seller was so connected. Thank you so much.

  received product today every thing fine, postage,as described and value. However the packaging was very poor ,the original hornby packaging was poor as you mentioned in the description. during packing the model for posting r/h buffer must have been broken. On opening the parcel to day the buffer was loose in the box.the photograph on ebay shows the front buffers both intact.Perhaps somebody could contact me, you have all my details many thanks.
