  Item was brand new and in excellent condition. Came with charm and matching pandora bag and wee key ring. Seller was very accommodating with my payment options as i purchased from NZ and talked to me through process. Shipping took 53 days from Canada to NZ, most of which was when it got stuck in Australia for 37 days. It finally arrived though so I’m relieved.
