    Seller produced a beautiful sign and prior to shipping verified/communicated with me exactly what I wanted on my slightly unusual sign. Shipping was another story and NOT the fault of the seller. USPS had the item on December 12 and USPS did not deliver it until December 27th. During 9 or 10 of those days the item was arriving late and an unnamed facility. Then it went to Cincinnati (the opposite direction of final destination). Overall, seller great, USPS shipping, not so much.
