  This seller provides excellent customer service! USPS lost the package and the seller refunded me without hesitation even though it was obviously not their fault. The item finally arrived after about 2 weeks of being lost and the seller declined my offer to repay for the item. The packaging was great. The item was as described and it will be treasured by our family for years to come! I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  So much protection! I am truly impressed with how well this was packaged There were at least five layers of padding and protection for this package. The seller truly did an astounding job.
