  Really happy with the product, packaged excellently and with alot of care. Is in great condition. Really happy with the services of the provider as I had an issue with the item at first with delivery and they were straight on the case and within 24ish hours of raising a compaint, they had sent a new order out and we had 0 issues since. Can highly can recommend this seller 100%

  My raptor arrived in a well packaged box. Postage was very reasonable and my parcel arrived in pristine condition. It was well worth the money as I can now put it with my other dinosaur pops. Definitely 5 star service

  I ordered the item and waited. 12 weeks later I contacted the seller for an update, at which point they informed me of delays and an indefinite timeline for eventual delivery and offered a refund. I was ok waiting for the item but did not appreciate having to chase for any kind of update, especially after waiting so long. I accepted the refund and went with a different option. It was not a negative experience, they did respond once I followed up but I can't really say it was positive either.
