  Beautiful chandelier was shipped freight, arrived quickly, and was an overall positive experience with the shipper. The seller went to great lengths to custom package my chandelier and I was so impressed with her effort; she communicated with me every step of the way. The item was brand new and as described. It's already hanging, and it looks like it cost so much more than we paid! Such a great experience, and I recommend this seller to everyone!

  The Kings Bay customer service is amazing! I had an issue with FedEx damaging the package and losing the contents, and The Kings Bay corrected it, reached out to me, and sent me the items. They were professional and courteous and I intend to buy from them again! I very highly recommend them. Excellent Quality, Condition was perfect, great value, and the appearance is fantastic for my old farmhouse.

  Very nice piece. Very large. Not the highest quality wood but fitted and painted nicely. Packing, wrapping, crating was some of the best I've ever seen. Super robust with 50+# of wood, cardboard and foam wrapping I've ever gotten. Nothing damaged. Seller was very communicative and shipping was extremely fast (had a week after ordering). Suggest four people with dollies and hand trucks assist with unpacking and moving. 420# in crate; close to 200# naked.
