  Very nice seller. Fast delivery, but the toner cartridge (sealed original HP as described) had seized, something I learned from later research does happen with some old sealed stock. The seller refunded me quickly without troubling me to open a returns case, after seeing my detailed description of what I had found. Once I settle on a newer printer with fewer risks due to age, I'll buy from this seller if I need to because I'm happy with how he deals with things, whether they go right, or wrong.

  Sent immediately, but seller had ignored my note asking for dispatch to be delayed 2 days. Fortunately Royal Mail held it for me. It was white-boxed, and the bag had been opened (noted in description) , but the seals do appear to be intact. I therefore assume it's OK, but won't know until I install it.

  The toner arrived (quicker than promised) in a generic box with a note explaining that it had been reboxed due to the original box being damaged. That's fine, the toner itself appears perfect and still sealed in its original bag. Excellent service.
