My items came in damaged because of how the post office likes to treat things at times, and contacted the seller to tell him what had happened. He was on it right away. Sent me a shipping label to send it back, and replace the item right away. He knew the importance of the item as well, and shipped it back fast. (It being a gift for my wife.). Truly a A+++ seller.

I do wish it had been packed better but it's not on the seller it had fragile and do not bend stickers on it and it was completely crushed by the carrier. Seller got back to me quickly to send back for a refund and was refunded fast after it was delivered which I appreciate.
