  Probably one of the best sellers I have bought from on Ebay. An excellent service, from communication to delivery and quite reasonable prices. The purchase was a very clean unit would easily pass as brand new. Good packaging and fast delivery. There is a reason this seller has 100% feedback and it's well deserved.   Transaction went really smoothly, arrived in good time, everything as described. Not the first time I've purchased from the IT specialists, previous purchase still going great guns (7 years ago) but not suitable for windows 11, so I've upgraded, hopefully. Same great support package accompanied the laptop. Buy with confidence great long term seller.

  Alan is a great guy to deal with and has excellent comms. I told him what I wanted and he was able to sort me out. Service is exceptionally good, the computer was very well wrapped and protected for transit by ParcelForce. All you have to do is switch the pc on. Backups are provided in the event of a software problem. There is also warranty which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend TheITSpecialists Computer Shop. A*****
