    Eventually this was sorted satisfactorily but initial package was damaged in transit by courier and we ended up waiting four weeks until the replacement arrived. The seller was courteous and co-operative throughout but was let down by delays and damage caused by DX. The replacement bike works well and is at last being enjoyed.

    Third purchase from The_iOutlet Plus, within the same month, ANOTHER scooter.... Company is on point, clean, complete, fully refurbished like it should be !! ... These guys know their stuff, have requested assistance twice now and they have been ON IT, responding and sorting... Highly recommend!! There will be MORE purchases VERY soon !!

    excellent seller - received refurbished electric bike on time, no damages etc, full working order, bike looks brand new and only needed handlebars turning before riding. Good customer service answered all my queries before buying = very helpful staff, good price and thoroughly recommend this seller 5*****

    Bike was as described and in very good condition have not rode yet but looks nice however was expected on the Friday and didn’t turn up until the Friday. Wasn’t originally given tracking details which would have helped. So giving neutral feedback as could have been better would still recommend seller and product.
