    The description was listed as good condition but I would personally say it is in very good condition. Absolutely perfect for our son. The packaging was immaculate and was delivered on the day started when ordering. Would 100% use again

    Gutted...This Was a really Good condition phone, @ a really decent price...THEN someone packaged it up - WITH no thought at all, just put it in a plain cardboard slip with the chraging lead, only to be Slung about in the post - NO Bubble wrap or additional wrapping in sight at all. It Came with the back camera smashed!! - I Then rang the customer services to complain and was told just to send it back for a repair -UNBELIEVABLE...SO the expected me just to wait ??? I sent a request for my mone

    The actual item was delivered faulty. Seller could of packaged it better to avoid potential damages. However, seller was very quick to respond to returns, process was very smooth and refunded quickly

    Item looks new, works perfectly and even has 100% battery life. Really pleased. But customer service was a let-down. Phone arrived with no SIM tray and we wanted to use a physical card, not virtual. Contacted customer service who promised to send one. The tray was only £2 with Amazon Prime so we ordered and it arrived the next day. We’re still waiting for the one requested from the seller. Makes me wonder how responsive the seller would’ve been if we’d had a serious problem with the phone…
