    Supposed to receive two lithium batteries but didn't receive them, just the camera. What made it worse was that I had no way of contacting the seller and ebay wasn't helpful either. What would make it right would be that the seller would send me the 2 batteries that was advertised.

    This is the exact reason why our main photo says in large, red, all capital type "PLEASE READ THE LISTING DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO PURCHASING!!" We state several times in the listing description that these units don't come with batteries. It's very easy to contact us, but this was the buyer's first eBay purchase and she was not familiar with navigating to her Purchase History page or Messages page. These were not advertised as batteries included. I'm sorry you expected to receive them.
