  My album was delayed in mail without any updates I contacted their store and they offered to give me a refund or send me an another album. It finally came and in perfect pristine condition packaged very well. The in Groove had awesome prices and got me taken care of! Highly recommended!!

  The package came sealed, with the original limited edition stickers on the plastic wrap. No bents or marks on the vinyl cover, which came on a really safe box. I couldn't test the quality myself since it was a gift, but I guess it was perfect considering it was brand new. I'm glad that I ordered the vinyl here since I've had some troubles on the past with ordering on the official websites. Thanks for the great service!
