    The item was beautifully described and the photos showed the flaw. However, the buyer lowered the price and we shared bird stories, great communication! The item was shipped quickly and came nicely packaged. It’s beautiful and though not in true color, it reminds me of my littlest bird. I highly recommend this seller who communicated promptly and friendly. Thank you ! Awesome experience, I will treasure it always.

    Quite pleased with this seller. The item I ordered was mis-labeled, not containing all of the items as was indicated in the posting. I contacted the seller and a refund was offered / given without question... as well as an apology for the error. He also actually looked up the missing item and suggested where I could get the missing item. Good show ! Above and beyond to make it right !
