    The teapot arrived safely and shipping was very fast. The teapot was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap with plenty of padding. All this was packed in a strong box. The teapot was in excellent condition, better than described. It appears to have been never used. A great value for my collection. I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this seller.

    The seller packaged each plate very carefully and used a lot of bubble wrap. Not one dish was broken during shipping.. I am very pleased with the quality of the plates. They are exactly as described, like new & a great value.

    Items arrived in great condition & were represented well in the photos. I am very pleased. Only issue was with a delay in shipping, as the box used by the sender was labeled 'White Vinegar', which is considered a hazardous material at the USPS. The box had to be opened, inspected and resealed along the way to confirm it did in fact not contain white vinegar.
