    I contacted the seller after the item arrived because there was a problem with the shoes that was not noted in the description (and I missed it in the photos). They got back to me quickly and went way beyond in resolving the issue! I would definitely recommend them and would feel comfortable making other purchases from them in the future. The shipping was also fast and the item was packaged well. 10/10 seller.

    Amazing! The description was exactly as the item I received, if not better. These don’t seem like they were used at all. Packaging was in a nice heavyweight box, not just bags. You took great care with the shipping and the sale in general! What a treat to be able to have the original box. The price was so appreciated, because I’m on a fixed income.     I received this fabulous coat in absolutely mint condition. It was very well packed with obvious care, and arrived quickly. It is a heavy coat so the shipping cost was very fair (sometimes sellers list very high shipping costs for small and lightweight items). It was listed for a great price and is even better in person than in the listing! I will wear this all season!
