This lil guy arrived at my door safely without a scratch on it. It was packaged very tightly and had no scratches or anything visibly wrong with it. It looks exactly as shown in the images shown above, and I wouldve never known it had been used previously since it looks like its never been touched. Overall great experience would recommend this seller

The item was as advertised, but the seller only shipped one pen when two items were ordered. However, upon being notified of the error, the seller immediately shipped the second item.

Love ths little pitcher! Came today...REALLY packed well. It is SO MUCH prettier in real time and picture was accurate. No. Flaws.
