  Arrived well packed with all the original items enclosed and was in as new condition. Only issue was getting it to function as it did not want to work. The good old internet was consulted and after updating the keyboard firmware everything is now working. All in all I'm very satisfied with the product and service from the seller.

  Purchased an amazon echo because looking at the photos on the listing showed it was in good condition, unfortunately when I received the item it had a rip and a stain in the fabric side of the echo which wasn't mentioned in the description. Contacted seller asking for part refund of money which they didn't want to do but asked me to return the item. I didn't return the item as just didn't have time to go to post office so to be honest this buying experience was not a pleasant one.

  Apologies the item was damaged in transit. It is worth noting the buyer asked for an £18 refund as they only wanted to pay £5 for the item. I felt that was unreasonable and said I'm happy to pay for the return postage and give a full refund. I dont think that was an unreasonable suggestion, however I feel like a request for an £18 refund on a £23 purchase is unreasonable.
