  Great seller - friendly, responsive, and exceptionally honest! Unfortunately there was a USPS lost-in-transit issue and before I even realized they reached out to me to apologize and remedy the situation (despite it being no fault of their own).   Well even though I never received the item due to the postal service dealing with Christmas chaos, the seller was very caring and gave me a refund without a hassle. The item finally showed as delivered but where it went who knows? I guess someone else got to enjoy it. None of this was the sellers fault so not going to bash them.
