The back of the frame must have taken a hard hit thus splitting the backboard straight through. Although the seller packed them really well and well protected them somehow the royal mail still damaged one?. It was reported to the seller and he's sending me a new backboard out to replace the one that was damaged... Brilliant customer service and ace customer contact throughout....
