  I cannot say enough good things about Victoria and Derek. Wonderful buying experience with these sellers. Not only did they respond to all of my questions, they gave me a great deal, and you could tell they really cared about the item going to a good home. My owls were shipped out lightning fast, packaged meticulously to arrive safely (seriously the most thorough packaging I’ve ever seen), and even cuter than described!   This was an extraordinary, exceptional transaction - it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Super value for price, packaging, fast shipping (which your algorithms seems to prefer). But how to quantify the CARE with which this seller took with this transaction? I received a beautiful painting (yes, exactly as described & a great value) but it felt like it had been wrapped with the care and desire to make me feel that I was opening a gift from a family member.   Seller was wonderful. The item was totally better than expected, given its age. The seller wrapped the tray with bubble and then loads of paper, so the tray was protected and mailed securely. It came quickly and I loved the item -- totally as described, only better! Excellent experience with this seller!
