  We had one question about pet water fountain, and the seller was very responsive. Excellent packaging & shipping. Item was as described, in excellent condition. This model is no longer made, and finding one in almost new condition was a very good value, especially since shipping was free. Highly recommend this seller.

  Couldn’t be happier. Seller returns messages quickly, explained all my questions and provides more pictures right away. Packaging was amazing! Tons of bubble wrap and the rappel rack was positioned perfectly in the middle of the box.  I can appreciate this level of detail when it comes to shipping because I am trusting my life to this device.  Stainless steel repel racks are very strong, but dropping descending gear repeatedly can actually cause micro fractures. I’m very happy and confident.
