  Unfortunately when my parcel arrived it had not been packed well and one of my items was damaged. I notified seller and a replacement was sent no problems at all. Cannot expect any more from a supplier.

  The item is just as described and was delivered promptly and was well packaged. Unfortunately it has not deterred the annoying crow who pesters my house but that was never guaranteed.
