It was packed in paper and one of the arms had fallen off, had the seller used better materials it would have had a better time in transit. More delicate models may break with this method. The item description was also inaccurate. The title and item description said 8 marines, but the picture only had 7. I only got 7. Frustrating, but probably an honest mistake. Seller should take better care to proofread in the future.

They paid for USPS return shipping and at first I was miffed that I’d have to go to the USPS post office to mail it back but the info from eBay about printing the mailing label and scheduling a USPS carrier pickup worked very well so I got over that. Seller gave me full refund, about 48 hours after it arrived back at their store.
