Our products are ‘’Open Box’’ products, Open Box are brand new, sometime it’s only the packaging is too damaged or item has few very minor scratches to sell it as new in retails store. They are in 100% working condition and are then sold as ‘’Open Box’’ product. We also have “Used” products, the wear of each item is described in the listing, they are in 100% working condition and are then sold as ‘’Used ’’ product.

    A very good seller. Everything is as described. Very good value. Fastest shipping I have ever seen. Fork took two days to arrive. All the forks that I purchased from this seller were very carefully packaged for secure shipping.

    Product as advertised and in new packaging. Seller did ship the item but went Canada Post without tracking number which took a LONG time to arrive. Seller could include tracking number or send communication/confirmation of shipment to ensure customers are aware of delayed shipping from CA to US in the future.

    The package arrived quickly (purchased Saturday; arrived Tuesday) and was well packed in a suitable cardboard box with bubble wrap. The dropper was as advertised, used (though some cosmetic scratches not shown in the pictures) but in well working condition.

    Great packaging and fast shipping. However, Frame was incorrectly described as a 2018 model. It was a 2016, which was confirmed by YT Industries. I am leaving a positive review because Seller accepted return without issue.
