  An absolute pleasure to deal with! A very easy eBayer to communicate and deal with, after my parcel had been taken to another area far away from my residence due to sorting error from Australia Post. He had given me partial refund to compensate for my trip all the way to that LPO.   CD sent on 09/06 and it arrived on 18/06. Shipped in a padded envelope so the case arrived in very good condition, with nothing snapped or broken. The booklet and CD are also in very good condition, it plays perfectly. Overall, for the price this was great value. Excellent Ebayer. Highly recommended. A+++
