    Beverage glasses are exactly as described. They were packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition. The glasses are beautiful and of very good quality. About two months ago I had bought two of these exact same glasses at a neighborhood estate sale. I would have bought more, but only two were for sale. I searched Ebay and saw the exact same brand glasses on Ebay. I was delighted, especially that they were listed as brand new in the box, fair price and the seller has positive ratings.

    My 5 star rating is for the seller shipping my item quickly and then refunding the purchase in a timely fashion. The item was sent to an old address upon placing the order despite having set my current location as the primary address multiple times. I contacted the shipping company when I realized what had happened and they rerouted it back to the seller but then it was lost in transit. I was still refunded even though the issue occured during the ordering process.

    Seller followed up on what appeared to be non-delivery, and it was determined that the item was delivered somewhat later than I was originally informed. As I thought, this was not a seller issue, but a delivery issue on the part of the delivery service. Item is as advertied.
