  There was a mix up with labels so I originally got the wrong item. But the seller reached out to me before the original part even got here and told me to let them know if it was wrong. I wasn’t able to respond until a week or more later, but they still responded and sent the correct cord. 10/10 would purchase from them again!!

  The cord was new, description/dimensions and picture were provided. The transaction was smooth, product arrived promptly and packaged well. Only issue was cord did not fit an existing small appliance (even with using the measurements) so was returned. That was easily done and I appreciate the seller responding to my questions/request for other sizes. Item sold is not easily found in hardware stores.

  Recommend seller. Do not recommend the USPS ground, however. The product is new, appears and functions as described and intended. Good value for price. Took 21+ days via USPS to arrive to destination in same state, however. No response to message I sent, so I can't give anything other than 1 star for communication.
