  Shipping was delayed on the item for over a week, and the tracking information didn't change. When I reached out, this seller was prompt, kind, and absolutely willing to help. Fortunately, I received my hat today. It was exactly as described and very nicely packaged and wrapped by the seller with a thank you card. Great experience and I would shop with them again!

  This vendor was great to deal with. I bought multiple things we communicated back-and-forth they combined shipping when I had an issue with the software, which was not their fault of things arrived really quickly beautifully wrapped in great condition. Definitely will use them again.
