  I had a good experience overall with this seller and the value was good. However, the hole in the felt sockor (the slippers) was larger than the pictures implied. Shipping speed and packaging were good and the thank you note was a nice touch. Overall, I would likely buy from this seller again, but I would be careful with some used items.

  I am not sure how the hole could be bigger than the picture implied. It was a picture of the hole. ???

  Shipping added a day to delivery because of weather. That's fine. My 2 tiny snuggle bears were in a protective plastic pouch. That was in a small mailing bag. I was so happy to receive them. They are precious and adorable! The 2 bears are exactly like in the pictures. Though, even better in person. I truly will enjoy them and take good care of them too. Thanks, Cyd
