  Excellent seller, great price, item as described and delivered well packaged. Despite the best efforts of Royal Mail to cause problems the seller took immediate action to resolve the problem and kept me informed at all times. An example of how a business should look after its customers. I would recommend wholeheartedly the seller and would certainly buy from them again.

  As listed,branded quality item at a good price.Bought from this seller before,quick despatch and delivered safely with no leaks by DHL with only a minor dent in the tin.Well packed in cardboard box bound with black shrink wrap and clearly labelled.Excellent communication. I will buy from this seller again.Keep up the good work.Thankyou.

  Great price and communications. Royal mail lost the initial package but the seller went out of their way to get another package out to me within 24 hours. Great service.

  The plugs were as advertised so no problems with them. The only minor hiccup was that I only received one plug initially. Having contacted the seller and sent requested photos, the other 3 arrived promptly. They are advertised as a set of 4 so no reason given as to why only 1 arrived initially. No damage to the packaging. Only other minor quibble was that the plugs in their boxes had no extra protection in the plastic postal bag. Otherwise okay.

  This company went to the trouble of stating when I was looking at details that it was for 4 individual plugs. This was unlike another supplier where I was looking to order 4 as I did they showed a discount would be applied so I ordered and paid for another 4.. That other company only sent me two plugs. I use small petrol generators where plugs are often required. I never had such a problem before but will be using this supplier in the future. Delivered quickly and sent me what I ordered.

  Great ebayer, item received a day earlier than expected which was a bonus, item was in original packaging and turned up in perfect condition as described. I would definitely recommend this seller.
