  Chosen carrier, (NOT Royal Mail) didn't take to safe place as they agreed via their web site and just dumped outside front door, no knock or ring either and was not on time so unreliable for third delivery in a row from this particular carrier . Superb service from product vendor let down by iffy carrier performance......! Apart from that everything else was very good, ie product, packaging, etc.

  Hi took a while to find this switched light, plenty touch lights , so really glad this seller has , they are also very good quality and the service is fast and kept me informed of the delivery so I had total peace of mind , I would recommend this seller highly for the service and the great low prices and peace of mind .

  Unfortunately this kettle arrived damaged, so possibly damaged in transit. Posted quickly! Contacted seller and was advised to open a returns case via eBay. Kettle returned via eBay's process and refund all received. Great customer service, and a replacement bought. Absolutely no hassle. Many thanks A*****

  Received un-boxed but appearance seemingly unused. Looks in new condition so no reason to think its not. Will not be used immediately as bought as spare so photos include serial number for future reference. Delivery excellent and timely and would certainly deal again. Thanks to ebay for supplying a 5% discount code too .
