EXCELLENT! For the seller , Best Pet Store, and the courier, Royal Mail. I’ve ordered Pedigree loaf from various suppliers with various couriers and this is the first time the cans have arrived without any damage whatsoever! The Seller packed the cans in an exemplary way , the cans are not cheap. Subsequently Royal Mail handled them as all goods should be handled. On the other hand I accepted that it was the norm for not having any wrapping and for a number of tins to be split. Again WELL DONE

Dog crate covers x 2: Excellent quality and value with free postage. Original delivery failed as courier couldn’t find house. Vendor provided excellent communication and sent delivery instructions to courier, items then arrived on time. Very impressed with customer service, Thank you.

received but not happy as it was diffrent packet to what hes showing on ebay plus the packet he shows on ebay looks very packed out like it looks very full but all i received in that packet was 7 thin sticks very deceiving indeed
