  The bars shipped on time and arrived a day early. The box was beat up a bit by the post office, but that was not a problem. The bars matched the photos exactly, which is always reassuring. Although I had to return this due to a measurement mismatch, the entire buying and return experience was calm and professional. I would not hesitate to buy from Bike and Book Barn again.
