To the seller's credit, when a message was sent asking if the item had been lost in transit, the seller was very prompt in their response and reassured me that the item had been sent and was in transit. The item did indeed arrive a few days later, however the tracking still has not been updated. The carrier is at fault here, not the seller. Big thank you to the seller for their reassurance.

The price was reasonable for what you get, but overall I was disappointed with the product but NOT the seller. The transaction went smoothly and the product was delivered on time as promised and the communication was good but I’m not happy with MY choice of product…no reflection on the seller in any way…seller provided GREAT customer service!

Through no fault of their own, my package from the Battery Connection was lost in the mail in Windsor, CT. They worked with me through the Ebay process (Package not delivered) and were responsive to messages. The level of customer service was inspiring.

Items were received within the time frame I was informed of per the vender. However, one of the flash lights did not work so I contacted the vender and after a few questions the vender sent me a replacement. Very pleased with the product as well as the customer service.
