When I sent photographic proof of her mistake she stopped answering my messages and I never heard from her again. I had to pay VAT and customs for an item I didn’t order and that was not suitable for what I required. Very disappointed in this seller. Only communicated with me on email and not through proper return channels. When I asked them to go through Ebay I received feedback blackmail threats several time stating: If I did not send full International Shipping refund they would give me a negative. Which is not appropriate. So this is why I was left this feedback.
