  Probably not seller's fault, but for $6.40 shipping, the items light weight, and simi short distance from me, thirteen days was a bit long. Glad it's for a Xmas gift and wasn't for like a birthday gift needed in say under a week. Otherwise the item arrived as described and promised so for that aspect I give an A+
