  I ordered the Noid light kit and upon receipt, I noticed that one of the Noid lights was missing. I contacted the seller on three occasions and each time he responded with wanting me to order something and he would refund the money. I say something because the attachment he sent always said the page not available and he kept saying it was on his end. I am at a loss because now I have a Noid light set that is not complete. We were communicating but somehow not understanding each other.
