  Item as described. Ordered on July 6 did not ship until July 15 nine days later. Shipping info claims "Will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment". Did not receive it until July 28. I can't rate seller communication because I did not communicate with them. Look how they responded to other seller complaints.

  The item is quite lovely and exactly as described. The shipping was super fast. In fact, this is the quickest I’ve ever received an eBay order! Two messages from the seller requesting feedback before I even got home and opened the package was a bit over the top though. But I do understand the importance of positive feedback so hopefully the seller waits at least 24 hours before requesting this going forward. Otherwise the item is great and I definitely recommend purchasing!

  Edit : Item received was not the same hour glass shown in the listing photos. Contacted the seller and after discussion they offered a partial refund of 15$. Very grateful to the seller for working with me to make this right.
