  Sadly some dirty locust had stolen the last one from the shop. Amazing customer service from the staff at ‘West Bay’ they called and explained the situation- arranged and sent me alternative items. Brilliant staff! Excellent customer service and care! Floats are what I wanted, good quality, new condition, excellent value for money and appearance is what I’d expect.

  I bought 2 of the same reel from West Bay Angling Center. Bought the 525 Mag 4 instead of the Fathom casting special because of Mag placement. Was concerned about getting the shipment from UK with the tariff issue but they both arrived well packaged and in good time considering. Global shipping program is solid and the price per reel was a solid value. I highly recommend these guys, they made quick work of shipping from UK to OBX NC Thanx Mates

  Really good seller used them a a few times now. Was a mistake on the stock count and the company offered me an upgrade which was really nice I said wait until their in why should a company lose money on a stock check error, however what a lovely gesture from them. Still come really quick and good quality product. If you're buying from this seller you should have all the confidence in the world because they're one of the best for tackle.
