The appearance was as it would right off of the shelves at the book store. As an out of print item, it's a treat to find one in this pristine condition.

    This is second time I bought yarn from this seller, and I was satisfied both times. Both times the yarn arrived quickly and as expected, and each time I received a personalized handwritten note, such a lovely touch 😀

    Seller was kind and attentive during purchasing. Pointed out a blemish that had been overlooked. Shipping was quick however a small complaint was the packaging. The sweater (XL) was only wrapped in a plastic bag and the packaging which wasn't a box. The packaging was torn through the shipping journey which did cause another small hole on the shoulder. The garment itself is outstanding quality and the price was excellent! I do recommend this seller and believe the packaging was a small oversight.
