  The ups units were exactly what I was looking for and as advertised. They are and appear new. They were shipped promptly and the communication was great. Upon receipt, I tested both units and both performed as expected. Shipping was pricey, but understandably so. These puppies are heavy and bulky. Seller did help with shipping by combining the shipping, saving us some $$$. They are of great value. Thank you!

  This vendor was courteous and helpful. One of the 6 items was broken on arrival, and without equivocating, he sent another to complete the set of 6 cups. The packaging on the replacement cup was out of this world super! There was no way this cup was going to break regardless of how it was handled or what service was used. Many thanks!
