  The item was exactly as described. It was new in a box that had the Kohler security sticker in place, ensuring the quality of the product. This was a discontinued product by Kohler, so finding a new one at this price was great. Given the item's condition and shipping timeliness, this has been an excellent transaction from my perspective. This seller is definitely one of my "go to" sites on eBay!

  Seller was very reputable and honest. Seller informed me that Fed Ex never picked up the package for delivery from the designated site. Seller gave me a refund immediately, and I really appreciate that. I will definitely recommend and use this seller if the opportunity comes up again.

  Brand new faucet shipped on time and a great price. The item came in the original Kohler packaging and shipped with tracking information. I installed it and the faucet is working without any issues. Highly recommend this seller. Will book mark this site for future purchases.
