  Item took forever to arrive! I had to message the seller twice. They finally shipped it, about two weeks after purchase. Packaging, not very good, either. The item DID, however, arrive quickly after shipping, and as described.

  This item was exactly as described; though "used" it is like brand new! -- Thermos with glass liner is like new -- no dark spots, no mars on the outside, no dings, scratches of any kind. Double cups on top of thermos, and stopper, in great working order. Was packaged beautifully & seller was great to work with. Ordered 11/1, shipped 11/3; arrived 11/8. Asked seller to consider reducing shipping cost and seller tried, but prices set by Etsy. That said it came quickly with no problems.
